I hope you love your order! Each item is carefully created or sourced with quality in mind. However, if something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
🔄 Changing Your Mind
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your items, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To request a return, please email info@craft15.co.uk with your name and order number.
Once approved, items must be returned within 14 days and must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In the same condition as received
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items and issued to your original payment method.
👉 Original delivery costs will be refunded in line with UK regulations (standard delivery only).
🎀 Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom or personalised items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch and I’ll always do my best to resolve it.
🛍️ Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
Some items (such as clothing or printed products) are made to order through our fulfilment partners.
These items:
• Cannot be returned for change of mind
• Can only be refunded or replaced if faulty, damaged, or incorrect
If there is an issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, including photos where possible.
⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Include:
• A description of the issue
• Photos (where possible)
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
🔁 Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
