📦 Dispatch Times
Dispatch times are shown on each product page and may vary depending on the item.
• Handmade items: usually dispatched within 1–3 working days (often sooner where possible)
• Made-to-order / Print-on-Demand items: may take longer — this will always be clearly stated before purchase
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
During busy periods (e.g. holidays, promotions), dispatch times may be slightly longer — we’ll always keep you informed.
🚚 Delivery
Delivery options are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the items in your order.
• Handmade items are typically shipped via Royal Mail
• Print-on-demand items are fulfilled and shipped by trusted third-party partners
👉 If your order includes both handmade and made-to-order items, these may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are provided by the courier and are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to:
• Busy periods (e.g. Christmas)
• Postal delays or strikes
• External factors outside our control

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom:
• Northern Ireland
• England
• Scotland
• Wales

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
Where possible, we use eco-friendly materials.
📬 Lost or Delayed Orders
Couriers typically consider an item lost after 10 working days from the expected delivery date.
If your order hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
⚠️ Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.
However, we will always do our best to assist you if any issues arise.
