Craft15 – Returns & Refund Policy

I really hope you love your handmade bows! Each item is made with care and attention to detail, but I understand that sometimes things don’t work out quite as expected.
This policy explains how returns and refunds work at Craft15.

Changing Your Mind

If you change your mind about your order, you can cancel and return it within 14 days of receiving your items — this is your “cooling-off period” under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To start a return, please email info@craft15.co.uk with your name, order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

Once I’ve confirmed your return, please send the item(s) back within 14 days.
Items must be:

• Unused

• In their original packaging

• In the same condition as received

You’ll need to cover the cost of return postage (unless the item is faulty).

When I receive your return, I’ll process your refund within 14 days back to your original payment method.

Custom or Personalised Orders

Because custom and personalised bows are made just for you, they can’t be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If there’s a problem with a custom order, please get in touch — I’ll always do my best to make it right.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email info@craft15.co.uk within 7 days of receiving it.
Include a brief description and, if possible, a photo so I can see what’s gone wrong.
Once confirmed, I’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

At the moment, I don’t offer direct exchanges, but you’re welcome to return your item for a refund and place a new order if you’d like something different.

📦 Important:
Please make sure you include the full address exactly as shown above, including the office number (1450).
Returns sent without the correct office number or incomplete address details may not reach me, and I can’t be responsible for any items lost in transit.
