Thank you for visiting Craft15! These terms explain how we handle orders, deliveries, returns and everything in between.
Because all of our bows are handmade with care, we like to keep things clear and fair for both of us.
1. About Craft15
Craft15 is a small handmade business run by Gary Harrison, trading as Craft15, with a trading address at Office 1450, 92 Castle Street, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT1 1HE.

2. Our Products
Every item is lovingly handmade, so no two bows will ever be exactly the same.
Colours, sizes and patterns might vary slightly from what you see on screen – that’s what makes each one unique!
Product photos are for illustration, but I always do my best to show things as accurately as possible.
3. Ordering
When you place an order, you’ll get an email confirming it’s been received.
Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll get another email to let you know it’s on its way.
I reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if, for example, an item becomes unavailable or there’s a pricing mistake (though that’s very rare).
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely through PayPal at the time of checkout.
5. Delivery
Orders containing a mix of handmade and made-to-order items may be dispatched separately.
📦 Dispatch Times
Dispatch times are listed on each individual product page and may vary depending on the item ordered.
Handmade items are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days, and often the next working day where possible.
Made-to-order or Print-on-Demand items may have a longer dispatch time. This will always be clearly stated on the product listing before purchase.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
If there is ever a delay — for example during busy periods, bank holidays, or unexpected disruptions — we’ll always keep you informed..
🚚 Delivery Methods
Delivery options are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the item ordered.
Handmade items are typically sent using Royal Mail.
Other items may be fulfilled and shipped by trusted third-party partners using their chosen delivery services.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier and may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, bank holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control (for example, postal delays or strikes).
If your order includes both handmade and Print-on-Demand items, these may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
🏠 Local Collection / Local Delivery (Handmade Items Only)
Free local collection or local delivery is available on handmade items only for customers based in or around Antrim Town.
If this option is selected at checkout, you’ll be contacted by email once your order is ready to arrange a convenient time for collection or doorstep delivery.
Please note: local collection and delivery are not available for Print-on-Demand items.
Delivery Areas
At the moment, Craft15 delivers within the United Kingdom only (including Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales).
If you’re based outside the UK and would like to order, please email info@craft15.co.uk and I’ll see what I can do.
6. Returns and Cancellations
I really hope you love your bows, but if you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
Just send an email to info@craft15.co.uk with your order details.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of cancellation.
You’ll be responsible for the return postage cost, and I’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note: Custom-made orders (for example, personalised or special designs) can’t be returned unless they arrive faulty.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please email me within 7 days of receiving it – include a short note and, if possible, a photo.
I’ll arrange a replacement or refund straight away.
8. Liability
I always do my best to make sure everything reaches you safely and as described.
However, I can’t be held responsible for any indirect losses, postal delays, or issues beyond my control.
My total liability won’t exceed the value of your order.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and any disputes will be handled under Northern Irish law.
