Craft15 – Shipping Information

At Craft15, every bow is handmade with care — and I do my best to get your order to you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged.
Here’s everything you need to know about delivery and dispatch.

📦 Dispatch Times

All orders are usually sent out within 1–3 working days, and I aim for the next working day whenever possible.

You’ll receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

If there’s ever a delay (for example, during busy periods or postal strikes), I’ll always keep you updated.

🚚 Delivery Options

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, and you can choose your preferred delivery option at checkout:

Please note that these are Royal Mail estimates — delivery may take a little longer during busy times such as Christmas or when there are postal strikes.

🏠 Local Collection / Delivery

If you’re based in or around Antrim Town, you can choose Free Local Collection/Delivery at checkout.
Once your order is ready, I’ll get in touch by email to arrange a convenient time for collection or doorstep delivery.

🌍 Delivery Area

At the moment, Craft15 delivers within the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland, England, Scotland, and Wales.

If you’re outside the UK and would love to order, please email info@craft15.co.uk and I’ll see what I can do.

🎁 Packaging

Every order is carefully packed to keep your bows in perfect condition during transit.
Where possible, I use eco-friendly packaging materials — because beautiful things should be kind to the planet, too.

📬 Lost or Delayed Orders

Royal Mail considers an item lost only after 10 working days (2 weeks) for UK deliveries.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within that time, please get in touch and I’ll help you look into it.
